Getting a job that you really want is an ART.
First area that you want to research is you. You want to research yourself, basically a summary of your relevant qualifications, preparation of CV/RESUME and you want to ask yourself how you can meet the employer’s needs, why they have to hire you, what you can bring to the table, and how you can add value etc.
The second area, you also want to make sure that you research the position. You want to have a clear understanding of what an X, Y, or Z does. Again, meeting the needs of the position. You also want to research the employer. So they might say, “Why do you want to work for us?” or “What do you know about us?” So, who’s the CEO, history, product, services, competitors, etc. So the preparation is very important.
And the third area, we would say that you want to research the industry as well. So you, the position, the organisation, and the industry.
In this course you are going to learn a lot of tips and techniques related to CV preparation, how to approach the employers, mistakes to avoid, and how to win in the interviews and many more. Once you’re done with this course, you will be more confident than ever.
